Perspectives: Art Slice and Share

Back

Join local artists Chris Williams and Tess Stuart as they generously share their collaborative artwork as featured in their exhibition ‘Perspectives: Near and Far’.

Meeting at the Gallery’s Tuesday Art Group, Chris and Tess share a love for the bush but express it differently. Chris, a retired high school art and drama teacher, focuses on the minutiae of nature, using stencils from real leaves and intricate paper cut-outs. Tess, with her rural background and years in the art community, captures the landscape with soft earthy tones and vibrant highlights.

When these two creative forces united, a unique collaborative artwork was born. This masterpiece, stunning in its entirety, will be meticulously divided into sections and shared with the public. Don’t miss the chance to take home a piece of this artistic ‘perspective’ for free.

‘Perspectives: Near and Far’ by Chris Williams and Tess Stuart remains on view until 9 November 2024 during normal Gallery hours, Tuesday to Friday 10am – 4pm, Saturday 10am – 2pm. Entry is free. All welcome.
