Current Planning Scheme

The current scheme is Gympie Regional Council Planning Scheme 2013 Version 4.0.

Each time a new Planning Scheme or Planning Scheme Amendment takes effect, a Superseded Planning Scheme is created. The Planning Act 2016 requires that within one year after a Planning Scheme has been superseded, applicants can ask for a Superseded Planning Scheme to apply to their proposed development.
