The Corporate Plan is a five-year strategic document that describes Council's short-term vision for the Gympie region. It outlines the broad steps that the organisation will take to achieve its vision.
Council’s 2022-2027 Corporate Plan was endorsed by Council at its Ordinary meeting on Wednesday, 25 May 2022. It was developed following consultation with the community that involved an online survey and a series of ‘listening posts’ that were attended by the Mayor and councillors.
