Rally Gympie Region
Start you engines Gympie Region because a weekend of revving good fun is coming your way...With three days of high-octane action there is something for everyone, not just motoring enthusiasts. Returning once again is Gympie’s largest street party Winter Trees, featuring Wheels on Mary, and the iconic KickAss Rally Village at the Gympie showgrounds.To mark the third year of Rally Gympie Region, we’re thrilled to announce a huge concert taking place on Saturday night as a highlight of this year’s KickAss Rally Village festivities. This year’s Rally Gympie Region is not to be missed.

Studio Trails - Discover Art in Gympie and the East with Studio Trails
Join us for an exciting family adventure through Gympie and the East on July 6th and 7th. Over these two days, local artists will open their studio doors, offering a unique glimpse into their creative processes. From blacksmithing to textile art, you'll encounter a diverse range of artistic talents.
Bring the kids and ignite their imaginations with live demonstrations and interactive workshops hosted by the artists throughout the weekend. It's the perfect opportunity to inspire creativity and explore the vibrant local art scene together. Free Family Fun
Our Winter School Holiday Program welcomes families to join us at the Castle of Tarragindi, where children can let their imaginations run wild as they explore the surprising delights of grotesque design. Children and families are invited to explore decorative and ornamental traditions as they create vibrant vessels and monster portraits, inspired by the work of Natalya Hughes.

Age: All ages. Parents must stay with your children.

Children's Wand Workshop
Inspired by the exhibition 'Finders Keepers' by Nora Hanasy, children will create their own wands and assemblage art from natural materials, wire and other ephemera.
