The Pavilion boasts a commercial kitchen and a licenced bar on each level, as well as a kiosk near the downstairs Caterers Kitchen.
As the Pavilion is a licenced venue, guests and hirers are not allowed to bring in their own alcohol for their events. We provide a full bar service for events. Whether it is a limited bar with beer, wine and soft drinks, or a full bar, the venue stocks a wide range of beverages and can offer a bar tab or cash bar service. For performances, the bar opens an hour before the start of the performance.
The Cattleman’s Bar is located downstairs at one end of the venue in the atrium area, and the upstairs Bar is located within the Apex Room.
A fitted-out kiosk is located downstairs at the other end of the venue to the Cattleman’s Bar.
Hirers have access to a commercial kitchen on each level of the venue. The venue does not have onsite caterers, so hirers are welcome to contract their own caterer.
The larger Caterers Kitchen is located downstairs opposite the kiosk. The upstairs kitchen is in the Apex Room. Both kitchens are well fitted out and have the following equipment.
Caterers Kitchen: Walk in cold room, gas cooktops and ovens, new Rational combi oven, upright freezer, warming cabinet, pass through dishwasher and some cooking equipment. Crockery and cutlery for service up to 500 covers.
Upstairs Kitchen: Walk in cold room and walk in freezer, gas cooktops and ovens, deep fryer, combi oven, salamanders, pass through dishwasher, under bench fridges, and a microwave oven. There is stored crockery and cutlery for service up to 160 covers.
