Christmas cheer will fill the Gympie Region this year, with a variety of council and community events to help Santa spread the holiday spirit! Gather your family and friends and explore our region’s festive celebrations. Check out the list of events below to join in the holiday fun:
Pie Creek Hall invites you to the Pie Creek Community Party on Saturday, December 7th, kicking of the celebrations from 6pm. Enjoy a festive evening filled with Christmas spirit, featuring a barbeque meal, live music, a mutli-draw Christmas raffle, and a special visit from Santa. For more information, visit Facebook
Mary Christmas returns to Mary Street this year on Wednesday, December 11th and 18th, from 5pm to 9pm. Enjoy free trackless train rides, fire twirlers, live music, food trucks, and plenty of boutique shopping for last-minute Christmas gifts. Join the fun at Nelson Reserve on Saturday, December 14th, starting at 5pm, Santa will make a special appearance, and there’ll be plenty to enjoy with free inflatables, a petting zoo, food trucks, and carols beginning at 7pm. Kandanga Creek Hall presents the Community Christmas Celebration on Saturday, November 30th! The Goomeri Lions Club invites you to the free, family-friendly Annual Community Christmas Carnival on Saturday, November 30th, from 4.30pm to 8pm!
