Our Sourdough workshops focus on relaxation, small groups, hands on, slowing down, and enjoying the art of naturally fermented bread. No additives, enhancers, or hidden extras—just organic flour, water, salt, and a simple starter!
In this half-day workshop, you’ll learn how to bake delicious wild-yeast sourdough from scratch. From proofing and scoring to baking, you'll create your own artisan loaf to bake at home. We’ll cover everything from maintaining a sourdough starter to mastering shaping techniques that you can recreate in your own kitchen. All flour is 100% certified organic, provided by Wholegrain Milling Co.
Workshop includes:
- Sourdough starter (over 9 years old)
- Online recipe booklet
- Two loaves of sourdough (to take home)
- Refreshments & eating fleshly baked sourdough.
What to bring:
- 2 large mixing bowls or a container (7L)
- Apron
