Invitation to Tender No. RFT0188 Bridge No. 82 Replacement, Cullinane Road, Mothar Mountain

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to establish an AS4902 Design and Construct contract for the replacement of the existing timber bridge (Bridge No. 82) with a new concrete bridge on Cullinane Road, Mothar Mountain.

Suitably endorsed tenders close at the below website address at 2pm, Wednesday 3 June 2020. In accordance with s228(8) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Regulation), Council may decide not to accept any tenders it receives.

In accordance with s288(9) of the Regulation any accepted tender must be the one deemed most advantageous to Council.

It is noted that the lowest price tender may not be the most advantageous.
