Renewal Works - Gympie Youth Precinct Skatepark

Contractors will be on site from Monday, 2 December 2024 to undertake renewal works at the Gympie Youth Precinct Skatepark at River Rd, Gympie.  

The project aims to repair flood damage to the skateable surface of the skatepark. The works include cleaning, resealing, repainting and line marking.

During the works, small sections of the skate park will be closed off temporarily as contractors make their repairs.

Construction times:

Works will take place between 6am – 6pm Monday to Friday. With barricades removed at the end of each day.

Timeline:

Works are due to start Monday, 2 December and are expected to be completed in 3 weeks, weather permitting.

Assistance provided through the jointly-funded Commonwealth-State Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA)
