RSL Memorial Park Project – Stage 1

Council wishes to advise that works will soon commence on the first stage of the RSL Memorial Park project.

Commencing on 9 December 2024, Rubicon Design + Construct will begin works on the new Memorial Flame within Memorial Park.

Works are being constructed in accordance with Gympie Regional Council Operational Works Approval. There will be some minor adjustments to pedestrian and traffic flow around the Memorial Park and Memorial Lane.

Appropriate and approved traffic management signs and fencing will be erected around each element of the project for the duration of the respective works for public safety and to minimize any disruption to adjoining businesses.
